Job Description

Good knowledge of Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application support and development. Good knowledge with QE Processes, Methodologies and Test Design techniques with hands on experience on ALM, JIRA and Confluence. Experience with Iterative Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies. Experience of testing across complex end to end systems with multiple interfaces and dependencies. Strong problem solving, design, and analytical skills and out of the box thinking coming up with creative solutions on testing approach in critical timelines. Experience in a variety of test automation frameworks/tools e.g., (SoapUI, Selenium, Appium, UFT/Lean UFT/Rest Assured/Robot Framework, TestNG) and script development using scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python, Bash, etc.) Experience in API testing with automation Understanding of SQL basics and its application. Good knowledge of industry practices with focus on Agile, DevOps, environments, and test integration. Experience in a QE/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (cloud, distributed and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases). Excellent communication skills and effective negotiation skills. Nice-to-have: Working experience with GitHub and Jenkins considered an asset. Experience in model-based testing and tools such as ConformIQ, Hexawise etc. Primary Skills Automation hands on experience - python/java at least one coding language. Database/batch testing - SQL, UNIX, mainframes (JCL), stone branch API testing - must have hands-on experience. Secondary Skills Good Communication skills Good Analytical Skills
