Job SummaryTo acquire, nurture, and manage customer relationships of the bank through Wealth and Retail Branch Banking products. The role demands strong knowledge of banking products (CASA, FD, Loans, Cards, Digital Banking), Wealth Products (LI, GI, MF, Gold), and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. (A) Responsibilities1. Business Development & Relationship Management2. Acquire new customers and generate business to achieve defined sales targets.3. Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth & Retail Banking customers to increase share of wallet and revenues.4. Manage customer portfolio to reduce attrition and ensure long-term stability.5. Maintain complete knowledge of customer profile, demographics, financial behavior, and assets held within and outside the bank.(B) Sales & Revenue Growth1. Achieve product mix targets across Wealth and Retail Banking.2. Drive cross-sell initiatives for LI, GI, MF, CASA, FD, Loans, and Cards.3. Implement aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals and networking.4. Ensure coverage of customer base as per the Group approved Relationship Matrix.( C) Customer Service & Experience1. Provide professional service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.2. Deliver consistent and superior banking experience at every customer touchpoint.3. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.( D) Compliance & Risk Management1. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including AML/KYC requirements.2. Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer.3. Ensure branch and portfolio operations are compliant with internal and external policies.Eligibility & Skills1. 3-8 years of experience in Banking / Wealth Management / Retail Branch Banking.2. Strong product knowledge across Wealth & Retail Banking.3. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.4. bility to handle HNI/affluent clients with professionalism.5.
