Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers over the phone.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest. Maintain accurate records of calls made, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and manage client relationships effectively. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer interactions. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong

communication skills

in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
