Responsibilities Handling Sunflower & Sorghum & Corn seed production and processing activities, that are contracted with local partners. Responsible for selection of production areas as per crop/variety character suitability on guidance of SCM Lead and being associated with Production partners. Responsible for Company targets, team planning, selection, training and technical guidance. Responsible for selection of contractors, growers, seed distribution, monitoring, mapping and evaluation, ensuring certification, produce intake as per quality norm of company and subsequently manage the cleaning, processing, treatment and bagging. Ensuring by proper coordination on right time purchase of input material, paper bags and other associated material for shipping within EU and beyond EU which can be related to exports. Ensuring full achievement of production target in terms of quality, quantity, timeliness and buy-back at competitive price. Responsible for crop monitoring, forecasting production based on practical field condition or any other factor responsible for yield loss and time to time weather based advisory to seed growers/field staff for corrective measure. Involved in multi-location seed production trial, demonstration, monitoring and evaluation. Involved in designing SAP process flow & implementation for future Involved in business planning, development and market survey as per feasibility of new variety and preparation of SOP and POP for each crop/variety. Responsible for quality production in coordination with QA associate of the region. Responsible of the logistics - supporting the seeds business in Turkiye, for import / export, local deliveries, transactions, documents, transport all operations with evidence as well in SAP. Reporting regularly to SCM Lead Europe and Business Development Manager Turkiye Education: Degree / Post Graduation Degree in Agronomy / Agriculture (or) SCM engineering degree with Agronomy / Agriculture background.
