We are looking for a

Seed Processing Operator

to join our Processing and packing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring seed processing equipment to ensure that raw seeds are cleaned, graded, treated, and prepared according to quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate seed cleaning, grading, treating, and drying equipment Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation Set up equipment parameters based on seed types and production requirements Perform in-process quality checks to ensure seed purity, moisture levels, and treatment accuracy Maintain cleanliness and safety of the processing area Record production data and report any irregularities to the supervisor Assist in routine equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures Follow company safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus Prior experience in seed or grain processing is preferred, but not mandatory Basic mechanical understanding of processing equipment Good attention to detail and quality control awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials (as required) Attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
