Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of
processing, packaging, printing, and dispatch
in the seed plant. Ensures smooth workflow, quality standards, manpower management, and timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily seed processing (cleaning, grading, gravity, etc.).
Supervise packaging lines and ensure correct materials, weights, and sealing.
Coordinate with printing team for TL labels, pouches, and roll printing.
Plan and monitor dispatches, ensuring correct lots, quantities, and documentation.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory accuracy.
Manage operators and labor teams, ensure SOP & safety compliance.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine issues and minimize downtime.
Ensure zero contamination and adherence to seed quality standards.
Qualifications
Diploma/B.Sc/B.Tech in Agriculture, Seed Technology, or related field.
3-7 years experience in seed plant operations preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
