Quick Overview:You will be responsible for counselling students and providing accurate information regarding programs/courses along with the Counselling: Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities such as country, courses, universities, programme selection and career planning.2) Advising: Advise students on application procedures and ensure admission procedures are completed within deadlines.3) Information Accuracy: Provide accurate information regarding the programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Australia, UK and Rest of Europe.4) Suitability & Guidance: Judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance. Share in detail about the courses.5) Resolve Queries: Provide all the information sought precisely by the student and/or parent. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.6) Increase Clientele: Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.7) Soft Skills: Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferable but not mandatory.- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (Fresher's are welcomed)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
