Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible

Security Video Monitoring Associate

to monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, and assets. The role requires high attention to detail, quick incident response, and strict adherence to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor

CCTV cameras and security systems

in real time to detect suspicious activities, safety violations, or security breaches. Identify, document, and report incidents such as unauthorized access, theft, misconduct, or safety hazards. Escalate security incidents promptly to the concerned authorities or internal teams as per SOP. Maintain accurate

incident logs, reports, and video evidence

for review and audits. Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment and report technical issues immediately. Review recorded footage as required for investigations or management requests. Follow company security policies, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with on-ground security staff, facilities, and management during incidents.

Skills & Competencies

Strong observation and analytical skills. Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹11,468.55 - ₹28,587.48 per month
