Job Description

: Technical Business Analyst to perform the following detailed scope of work. o Conduct business and systems analysis for access management, governance workflows, and metrics dashboard development o Document current access control processes and data governance workflows across IFC Enterprise Applications o Create BPMN models using iGrafx for access control recertification, data governance, and identity management workflows o Develop process models for SailPoint integration, including identity provisioning, role management, and recertification o Assess feasibility of integrating IFC applications into SailPoint o Identify integration gaps and dependencies, and recommend onboarding and recertification solutions o Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), workflows, and process requirements for access management governance o Create standardized templates for business process documentation o Collaborate with technical teams and CIT project managers to define and track project milestones o Provide regular updates and reports to DACO (Data Access and Control Office) and CIT stakeholders on assessments, challenges, and recommendations o Participate in Agile/Scrum cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive software development
