About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Security Surveillance Operator

to monitor and manage CCTV footage from our office premises. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets by maintaining constant vigilance through live surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance systems to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches. Maintain a daily log of observations, incidents, and activities. Immediately report any unusual behavior, unauthorized access, or technical issues to the concerned authority. Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functional at all times; escalate maintenance issues promptly. Assist in reviewing and retrieving CCTV footage as per management requirements. Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of surveillance data. Coordinate with the administrative or security team during emergency situations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or related roles preferred. Good observation and alertness skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV systems. Ability to work in shifts (if required). Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Preferred Skills:

Attention to detail and quick decision-making ability. Good communication and reporting skills. Calm and composed under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
