Job Summary:
The Security Surveillance Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site security, including supervision of security personnel, CCTV monitoring, and surveillance system management. The role ensures the safety of personnel, property, and assets by maintaining vigilance, enforcing discipline among guards, and coordinating security operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Scheduling
Supervise security guards and manage daily/weekly shift schedules.
Ensure adequate deployment of guards across all factory premises and gates.
Conduct periodic briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers.
Surveillance & Monitoring
Monitor CCTV systems continuously to ensure effective surveillance at all times.
Identify and respond to any suspicious activities, unauthorized entries, or incidents.
Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of cameras and related equipment.
Maintain updated asset records of cameras, DVRs, and other surveillance equipment.
Reporting & Documentation
Report and document any incidents, security breaches, or concerns to the Admin or Security Head.
Maintain detailed daily security logs, guard attendance sheets, and incident reports.
Ensure all surveillance footage and records are properly stored and retrievable.
Discipline & Compliance
Ensure guard discipline, adherence to uniform and conduct protocols.
Conduct routine security checks at entry/exit points, perimeters, and sensitive areas.
Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with HR/Admin for manpower planning, shift adjustments, and performance tracking.
Liaise with external security agencies or service providers, if applicable.
Support investigations and provide surveillance footage or reports when required.
Emergency & Safety Support
Assist in emergency response, evacuation, and fire safety drills.
Monitor alarm systems and respond promptly to any alerts.
Support in implementing and improving on-site safety and security measures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Security Management, Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, access control, and surveillance equipment.
Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and report documentation.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Integrity, alertness, and proactive attitude.
