Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises, people, and property. The candidate should have a background similar to that of an ASO (Assistant Security Officer) with strong leadership, vigilance, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations of security guards.
Prepare and assign duty rosters and ensure proper shift handover.
Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
Maintain incident reports, visitor logs, and shift reports.
Train and brief guards on security protocols and emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services if required.
Control access to premises and monitor entry/exit points.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass
2-5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or ASO.
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency handling.
Basic computer skills (for report writing and CCTV monitoring).
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Physically fit and mentally alert.
Ability to handle conflict or high-pressure situations.
