Job Description

Minimum Experience: 4 years as Security Supervisor Qualification : Degree Supervision and Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of security personnel.
Provide guidance, training, and support to security staff.
Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. Security Planning and Strategy:Develop and implement security plans and strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats.
Collaborate with management to create and update security protocols. Monitoring and Surveillance:Oversee surveillance systems and monitor activities on-site.
Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises. Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Conduct drills to ensure the readiness of security personnel in emergency situations. Investigations:Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents.
Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and document findings.
Work closely with law enforcement when necessary. Communication:Maintain effective communication with security staff, management, and other relevant departments.
Report incidents and provide regular updates to the appropriate authorities. Training and Development:Provide ongoing training to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and other relevant topics.
Ensure that security staff is knowledgeable about the latest security technologies and best practices. Documentation and Reporting:Keep detailed records of security activities and incidents.
Prepare reports for management on a regular basis.
Maintain incident logs and documentation for future reference. Customer Service:Interact with employees, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Address security-related concerns and inquiries. Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security.
Stay updated on changes in security laws and regulations. Equipment Maintenance:Ensure that security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems, is properly maintained and functioning. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
