The

Security Supervisor

is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security staff, and ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. The role involves supervision, incident management, compliance with security protocols, and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage security guards across assigned sites or shifts Ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and SOPs Conduct regular site inspections and security checks Monitor CCTV systems and access control points Handle incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations promptly and professionally Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and attendance records Coordinate with management, local authorities, and emergency services when required Train security personnel on safety procedures and conduct standards Ensure proper deployment and discipline of security staff

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role Knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency response Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in security management Experience in hospitality and residential properties

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
