Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures
Experience managing a team of security guards
Ability to maintain discipline and ensure site safety
Industrial/manufacturing background preferred
Basic computer skills for daily reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor overall site security and access control
Supervise and schedule security staff
Manage visitor entry, material movement, and CCTV monitoring
Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly
Maintain proper documentation and daily activity reports
