Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security guards across assigned sites.
Ensure proper deployment, discipline, attendance, and performance of all guards.
Conduct regular site visits, patrols, and inspections.
Report daily activities, incidents, and manpower requirements to management.
Handle emergencies, disputes, or any unexpected situations at the site.
Maintain hostel cleanliness, discipline, and resident safety.
Manage room allotments, attendance, and hostel rules.
Coordinate with management for staffing, maintenance, and other requirements.
Maintain records, registers, and basic paperwork.
Requirements:
Male candidate only.
Physically fit and bold personality to manage staff and site operations.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security supervision in any organisation (not mandatory)
Good communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work flexible timings based on site requirements.
Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts.
Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
