We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Security Supervisor

to oversee daily security operations and lead a team of security officers. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment by enforcing policies, supervising staff, and responding to incidents professionally.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed Conduct patrols and monitor surveillance systems Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff Communicate with management, clients, and law enforcement as needed Ensure compliance with company and client safety standards
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous security experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must pass background check and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
