Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing all security operations in the residential complex. This includes leading and monitoring security staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, handling emergencies, and safeguarding residents, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate must be proactive, disciplined, and capable of quick decision-making under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

Lead, train, and schedule security guards across all shifts.

Access Control:

Oversee entry/exit points, verify visitors & vendors, and maintain visitor records.

Surveillance:

Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems in real-time.

Patrolling & Inspection:

Conduct regular rounds of the premises, parking, and common areas.

Emergency Handling:

Act as first responder during incidents, coordinate with police/fire departments when required.

Reporting:

Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and update building management regularly.

Resident Service:

Address security concerns politely and ensure a visible professional presence.

Equipment Monitoring:

Check security tools & fire safety equipment, report faults for maintenance.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent. Preferred: Certification in security/safety management.

Experience:

3-5 years in security operations. At least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role (residential preferred).
