About the role:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring safety of employees, visitors, and company property. The role includes supervision of security guards, conducting mock drills, maintaining fire safety equipment, and controlling gate entry/exit of personnel and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day security activities at the site. Deploy, guide, and control security guards across shifts and locations. Ensure adherence to security policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access & Conduct regular mock drills for fire, emergency evacuation, and safety preparedness. Inspect, maintain, and ensure availability of firefighting equipment(fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, smoke detectors). Coordinate with safety officers and local fire authorities during drills or emergencies. Monitor and control gate entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors. Verify and maintain gate in-out registers for personnel and vehicles. Ensure proper checking and documentation of material inward and outward movement (delivery challans, gate passes, returnable/non-returnable materials). Prepare and submit daily security reports, incident reports, and shift handover notes. Report security breaches, accidents, or safety hazards immediately to management. Assist in audits related to security and safety compliance. Ensure discipline, grooming, and punctuality of security staff.

About you:

Minimum 10+2 / Diploma (Graduate preferred) Ex-Servicemen (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary) will be given preference 3-5 years of experience as Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard Experience in industrial / corporate / factory security environment preferred Proficiency in MS Office and report documentation. Strong observation and communication skills. Integrity, alertness, and proactive attitude ,leadership and team management ability.
