Role - Security Supervisor

Qualification - First Aid/CPR certification

Experience - 5 to 7 Years

Package - 2 LPA to 3 LPA

Location - Indore M.P.

Industries - Manufacturing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (onsite)

Working Days: 06 days

MUST HAVE:

Knowledge about Security, surveillance

Basic Knowledge of System work-Mails & Excel

Knowledge of local laws and security regulations

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned shifts.

Ensure guards adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Monitor surveillance systems and security alarms; respond appropriately to suspicious activities.

Conduct regular inspections and patrols of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a prompt and professional manner.

Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff; assist in onboarding new team members.

Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate shift logs.

Ensure access control procedures are followed for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Recommend improvements to security systems and procedures.

Maintain inventory of security equipment and request replacements as needed.

Proven experience as a Security Officer, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
