Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant

Female Security Officer

with a background in

Criminology

to oversee safety, security operations, and compliance at our Pune location. The candidate will ensure a secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and oversee daily security operations at the site. Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting. Ensure compliance with company security protocols, safety policies, and SOPs. Manage access control, visitor management, and staff movement. Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with local authorities when required. Train security guards on safety procedures, emergency response, and basic security awareness. Handle CCTV surveillance monitoring and escalation as needed. Support HR/Admin in managing ID cards, gate passes, and emergency drills. Ensure women's safety guidelines are implemented and followed at the location.

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of criminology, investigation methods, and safety protocols. Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly. Integrity, discipline, and professionalism.

Experience:

1-4 years in security, criminology, administrative security, or related fields (freshers with criminology background may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
