Jaglax Homes is seeking a proactive and disciplined

Security Supervisor

to oversee the safety operations across our portfolio of properties. This is a highly mobile role that requires a candidate who is self-motivated, physically active, and capable of managing multiple sites independently.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspections & Mobility:

Travel independently between various Jaglax Homes properties to conduct surprise checks, ensure guards are on high alert, and verify that all security protocols are being followed.

Guard Training:

Conduct regular on-site training sessions for security personnel regarding grooming, conduct, and site-specific duties.

Safety & Emergency Training:

Lead all types of safety drills, including fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation procedures.

Roster Management:

Create and manage weekly/monthly duty rosters to ensure 24/7 coverage across all locations, including managing leaves and replacements.

Agency Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for external security agencies to ensure the quality of manpower supplied meets company standards.

Reporting:

Maintain daily logs of site visits and report any security breaches or equipment maintenance needs to management.

Requirements

Independent Travel:

Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle (Scooter/Bike) for frequent travel between properties.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of safety protocols, fire-fighting equipment, and surveillance systems.

Leadership:

Strong command over ground staff with the ability to enforce discipline effectively.

Communication:

Fluent in English/Hindi or Local Language to coordinate with both agencies and management.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
