We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Security Supervisor

to join

Hotel Dass Continental, Thrissur

. The ideal candidate will ensure guest safety, property protection, smooth security operations, and effective supervision of the security team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team. Monitor hotel premises, CCTV systems, entry/exit points, and parking areas. Ensure safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed. Conduct regular patrolling of guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house. Handle guest security concerns with professionalism. Maintain incident reports, logbooks, and shift schedules. Train new guards on hotel security standards. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Management during emergencies. Assist in crowd management during events and peak seasons.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in hotel/industrial security. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of CCTV systems, fire safety, and emergency handling. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities. Physically fit and alert.
