We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Khopoli, India. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, guests, and assets. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in security operations.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the security team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement security protocols, including emergency response plans and loss prevention strategies
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Liaise with local law enforcement and fire safety officials to maintain positive relationships and ensure compliance with regulations
• Train and mentor security staff on best practices, emergency procedures, and customer service skills
• Monitor and maintain security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control devices, and communication tools
• Investigate and document security incidents, preparing detailed reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement solutions
• Manage staff schedules, vacation time, and performance evaluations
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologies to continuously improve security measures
• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain accurate security records

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory security role, preferably in a hotel or corporate setting
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and security software
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and loss prevention techniques
• Experience with CCTV systems and access control management
• Physical fitness to respond to various security situations
• Valid security license (if required by local regulations)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
