Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage security staff, ensuring proper shift schedules and discipline. Monitor CCTV systems, access controls, and visitor movements. Ensure compliance with temple entry/exit rules and protocols. Conduct regular patrols and inspections of all key areas. Handle incidents, disputes, or emergencies promptly and report to management. Coordinate with local police, fire, and emergency services when required. Manage

recruitment of security staff

and ensure proper documentation. Handle

vouchers, billing, and claims

related to security operations. Support smooth management during festivals, events, and special darshan days with crowd control.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Minimum PUC/+2. Graduate degree in administration/security management preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years in security supervision/administration (hospitality, corporate, or institutional experience preferred).
Prior experience in handling security staff teams is highly desirable.

Skills:

Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security systems.

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Should be disciplined, responsible, and respectful of ISKCON's devotional atmosphere.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
