Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee safety and security operations within the hotel. The role includes monitoring security staff, maintaining guest safety, and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise security guards and assign daily duties. Ensure safety of guests, staff, and hotel property. Monitor CCTV, access points, and patrolling routines. Respond to emergencies, incidents, or guest concerns promptly. Maintain security logs, incident reports, and documentation. Coordinate with hotel management for safety procedures and meetings. Train and guide security staff on hotel safety standards. Assist in handling lost & found procedures. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

Skills & Requirements

Strong leadership and monitoring skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of hotel safety procedures and emergency protocols. Ability to handle pressure and respond quickly. Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.

Salary

?24,000 CTC per month
