Supervise and manage the security team, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.
Ensure security guards maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and patrol activities.
Conduct regular inspections of security posts and ensure proper functioning of security equipment.
Train and guide security staff on emergency procedures, fire safety, and incident handling.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Liaise with management, law enforcement, and emergency services when required.
Enforce company rules, regulations, and safety policies.
Investigate thefts, accidents, or any suspicious activities and submit reports.
