Job Description

1. Responsible to frisking of employees & helpers by security guard & Security Officer at security gate.

2. Responsible to maintaining in & out register of Veer pharmachem, Associate employees & outsource helper.

3. Responsible to mobile deposit activity.

4. Responsible of maintain courier register & distribute courier in respective person & department.

5. Check the vehicle thoroughly

6. Responsible to maintain Visitors / Materials / Vehicle IN / OUT records.

7. Responsible to ensure timely leaves shift vehicle from company.

8. Responsible to ensure locking of stores & offices.

9. Responsible to managing of keys, ensure proper record of issuing / depositing keys.

10. Responsible for deployment of security guard at decided post.

11. Executing role in case of any emergency.

12. Responsible of Vigilance of premises, patrolling of premises.

13. Responsible to maintain Visitors / Materials / Vehicle IN / OUT records.

14. Responsible to ensure timely leaves shift vehicle from company.

15. Responsible to ensure locking of stores & offices.

16. Responsible to managing of key register, ensure proper record of issuing / depositing keys.

17. Responsible to checking & maintain WC policy record of third party contract.

18. Responsible to instruct visitors to deposit mobile phone, cigarettes, lighters Cameras, Laptops, Dictaphones, Floppies, CD's and match boxes at security gate.

19. In case of any emergency security supervisor will communicate to EHS&S, Factory head , HR department through Phone or walky talky about the location of incident. He will work as a communicator and stay at security office. He will depute one security guard at safe assembly point and one guard at main gate. He will blow emergency siren as per Site Head or Incident Controller instruction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?280,000.00 per year
