Supervise and monitor security guards at assigned sites.
Ensure guards are present, punctual, and properly dressed.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure discipline and security compliance.
Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
Provide basic training and guidance to new or underperforming guards.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
Ensure guards have proper uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.
Respond immediately to emergencies or incidents at the site.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the company office.
If any guard is found guilty of misconduct, absence, or poor performance, a "Guard Misconduct Report Form" must be filled out and submitted to the office.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the security industry.
Prior experience as a Security Supervisor is preferred.
Must have a smartphone and personal vehicle.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Presentable, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
