Job Title: Security SupervisorJob Summary

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, assets, and premises. The role involves enforcing security policies, managing shifts, handling incidents, and coordinating with management and external agencies when required.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security guards and staff Ensure strict adherence to security policies, procedures, and SOPs Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and visitor management Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing Handle security incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations Prepare and maintain incident reports, attendance, and shift records Conduct security briefings and on-the-job training for guards Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services Ensure proper deployment of manpower across entry/exit points Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues Enforce safety, fire, and emergency preparedness measures
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred Prior experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Guard Good knowledge of security operations and access control systems Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, incident reporting) Strong leadership, communication, and observation skills Ability to handle emergencies calmly and decisively
Experience

3-6 years of experience in security services Experience in corporate offices, industrial units, or commercial complexes preferred
Working Conditions

Shift-based role (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays) Requires physical fitness and alertness
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,411.62 - ₹30,000.00 per month
