Job Description
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. This role includes managing security personnel, monitoring security systems, and enforcing company policies to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the duties of security guards and personnel across assigned locations. Monitor security operations through patrols, CCTV, access control systems, and other surveillance equipment. Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats. Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms; conduct thorough incident reporting. Train new and existing security staff on procedures, protocols, and emergency responses. Maintain daily security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
