The Security Supervisor oversees daily operations in the plant, ensuring Security measures are met efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role is responsible for managing staff, coordinating Security guards, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining equipment and inventory levels.
:
Generate Reports on daily basis related to Factory work.
Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality targets are met
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Guards workers in the metal recycling plant.
Supervising, training, and motivating Guards, providing guidance and feedback.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for inbound and outbound materials.
Manage shift scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce productivity.
Attendance tracking of the plant workers.
