A reputed real estate company is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of our residential properties. We are seeking a retired Army personnel with a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise security personnel across all sites/properties Ensure the safety of residents, visitors, staff, and assets Coordinate patrols, gate control, and surveillance activities Handle emergency situations and incident reporting Maintain visitor logs, contractor entries, and guard duty rosters Liaise with local authorities as needed
Candidate Profile:

Must be an Ex-Army personnel with a valid service record Minimum 10 years of experience in security supervision (preferably in real estate or facility management) Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit, alert, and well-groomed
