Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. The ideal candidate will supervise security guards, enforce company policies, and respond effectively to incidents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards Ensure all security procedures and policies are followed Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control points Conduct regular patrols and security inspections Handle incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations professionally Prepare daily incident and shift reports Train new security staff and provide ongoing guidance Coordinate with management and local authorities when required Requirements: Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
