xc2xa7 Ensure hotel is patrolled on a regular basis.
xc2xa7 Ensures all hotel entrances are locked and unlocked as per hotel policy.
xc2xa7 Maintains hotel key management procedures, and ensures that all keys are accounted for.
xc2xa7 Closes down food and beverage outlets each night.
xc2xa7 Ensures all meeting and exhibition rooms are secured.
xc2xa7 Completes daily security log, including pertinent information from the shift.
xc2xa7 Orients employees to the department and hotel and provides on-the-job training on job responsibilities.
xc2xa7 Prioritises and assigns work.
xc2xa7 Provides feedback to the employee and Department Manager on the employeexe2x80x99s work performance of job responsibilities.
xc2xa7 Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service and experience
xc2xa7 Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems
xc2xa7 Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis

REQUIREMENTS
xc2xa7 Minimum of one - three years work experience in the hotel industry in Security
xc2xa7 Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred
xc2xa7 High School Degree required, Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree preferred
xc2xa7 Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
xc2xa7 Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
xc2xa7 Advance knowledge of local security regulations
xc2xa7 Excellent organizational skills
xc2xa7 Good oral and written communication skills '
