Job Description

Monitoring & Surveillance:

Use surveillance equipment and cameras to monitor premises, identify suspicious activity, and maintain a secure environment.

Patrolling:

Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points to discourage crime and ensure safety.

Access Control:

Authorize and control the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, verifying identities and credentials.

Emergency Response:

Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action, and communicating with law enforcement and other emergency services.

Incident Reporting:

Maintain detailed daily logs of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities, submitting reports to management.

Rule Enforcement:

Enforce company security policies, safety regulations, and legal protocols.

Safety Procedures:

Perform inspections, ensure doors and windows are secured, and may be required to operate equipment like metal detectors.

Assistance:

Provide assistance to people in need and direct visitors and traffic as required.

The ability to keenly observe surroundings and identify suspicious behavior.

Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, for reporting and responding to others.

Judgment:

Good judgment to make sound decisions in various situations, especially under pressure.

Physical ability to perform duties such as patrolling and responding to incidents.
