Security Staff

to join our team, Solace is a leading psychiatric hospital committed to patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain safety and security within the hospital premises. Monitor entry and exit of patients, visitors, and staff. Support in managing emergencies and crises calmly and effectively. Assist in handling difficult situations with sensitivity and professionalism. Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospital/healthcare security preferred. Physically fit, alert, and disciplined. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging situations in a psychiatric hospital setting. Minimum qualification: [SSLC / Plus Two].
