Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Female Security Officer to manage and oversee the complete security operations of Della Corporate Office, Mumbai. The role involves ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, assets, and premises while maintaining strict access control and adherence to security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage overall security of the building, including entry and exit points
• Ensure safety of employees, management, and visitors at all times
• Control visitor access, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently (fire, medical, security threats, etc.)
• Coordinate with building management, local authorities, and emergency services when required
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and SOPs
• Report incidents, irregularities, and security breaches promptly
• Supervise housekeeping/security staff from a safety perspective if required

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Candidate must be based in Mumbai (local candidates preferred)
• Prior experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role preferred
• Physically fit and alert
• Basic knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Good observation and communication skills
• Ability to handle situations with professionalism and discretion
• Candidate must be comfortable working late duty hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate office / commercial building security
• Training or certification in security services (added advantage)

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Training or certification in security services
Minimum Job Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
