Job Description

:1. Ensure formulation and Implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures.2. Maintains close professional contacts with emergency services, local authorities and police.3. Ensures that security guards are trained in basic first aid and life saving procedures.4. Ensure incidents in resort reported as per per standards and should write incident reports, memos and letters.5. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.6. Coordinates with colleagues when responding to emergencies and alarms.7. Investigates and resolve issues.8. Creates and maintains an effective Crisis Management team and conduct regular fire drills to rest the effectiveness of the crisis procedure.9. Monthly review and reporting on status of all fire safety equipments including fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and sprinklers.10. Review reports on incidents and breaches.11. Creates report for Management on security status.12. Analyze data to create proposals for improvements (e.g. use of CCTV etc, new screening techniques, etc)Job Expectations:Position is expected to be aware and alert and be capable of using his presence of mind to protect the safety of the movable and immovable property of the Resort. Should have excellent ability to demonstrate surveillance and emergency response skills along with knowledge and ability to implement Crisis Management Plans effectively. Should have the knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. Knowledge of First Aid and certification in CPR is essential. Should have thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws, investigative methods, and fire, health and safety.Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, security, criminal justice, or a related field.Minimum Job Experience: 15+ years in security management in hospitality industry.Reporting to: CMDTravel: N/A
