Identify, meet, and onboard new clients for security guard services in assigned districts.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to potential clients.
Work closely with the operations team for guard deployment and service coordination.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Continuously explore market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Submit daily sales reports and update CRM/management on field activities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Security Sales / Field Sales
(mandatory).
Bike & valid driving license
is compulsory for field travel.
Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with local area/district will be an added advantage.
