Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant

Security Guard

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. The ideal candidate should be observant, responsible, and capable of reacting quickly in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor premises through physical patrols and CCTV systems. Control access to buildings and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances. Report and document any suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards. Perform regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure. Assist in managing crowd control during events or peak hours. Provide assistance and direction to visitors and employees when required. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security. Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, or emergency medical services when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position. Basic knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols. Ability to operate surveillance systems and emergency equipment. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods. Valid security license/certification (if required by state/local regulations). Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Military or law enforcement background is a plus. First aid and CPR certification.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
