We are looking for disciplined, reliable, and physically fit Security Personnel to safeguard the school premises, students, and staff. Candidates with a defence background will be given priority. The role involves overall campus security management, surveillance, and emergency response.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campus Security Management
Monitor all entry and exit points, ensuring secure access to the campus.
Conduct regular patrolling of school buildings, classrooms, outdoor areas, and infrastructure.
Oversee gate operations, visitor management, and ID verification processes.
Student & Staff Safety
Ensure safety of students during school hours, bus arrival/departure, and special events.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities.
Maintain a safe environment conducive to learning and discipline.
Surveillance & Reporting
Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
Coordinate with school authorities for resolving security concerns.
Ensure CCTV surveillance systems are functioning properly and report issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in Security, Army, Navy, Air Force or any disciplined force preferred.
Physically fit, alert, and capable of long hours of standing or patrolling.
Knowledge of basic safety and emergency procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly and follow protocol.
