We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Manager - Operations to oversee and manage all operational needs of our security department. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, including staff management, logistics coordination, deployment planning, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security protocols, monitoring team performance, managing resources, and ensuring all operational activities run seamlessly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all security operations across sites.
Plan and coordinate staff deployment, logistics, and equipment requirements.
Ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for operational needs.
Train, guide, and supervise security staff to maintain high standards of service.
