Job Description

Detailed Work Descriptions and Responsibilities



A. Security and Operational Management



Area Surveillance: Ensuring 24x7 security and orderliness of your assigned area (e.g., campus, building, or site).
Patrol and Inspection: Regularly patrol the entire area (day and night), and ensure that all security posts are active and alert.
Security Protocols: Ensuring strict adherence to all established security procedures (SOPs) and promptly reporting any violations.
Equipment Management: Checking the working condition of all security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and firefighting equipment, and reporting malfunctions.

B. Team Management and Training



You shall get police verification of all security guards and take fitness certificate from the guards.
Staff Leadership: Leading the team of deployed security guards, supervisors, and other security personnel and assigning them daily tasks.
Performance Reviews: Regularly reviewing the performance of security personnel and providing them with necessary on-the-job training.
Roster Management: Managing duty rosters and shift scheduling to ensure effective coverage.
Address team issues promptly and inform major concern to management.
Compliance: ensure team follows company's policies, procedures and safety regulations.

Reporting: maintain records and submit reports on attendances, productivity and issues.

Scheduling: paper work schedules and ensure proper coverage.

Team Supervision: oversee daily activities and ensure team members are meeting performic standards.

Task Assignment; assign task-based o individual strength and project requirements.

Training and Development: train new staff and support continuous learning for existing employees.

Compliance enforcement: ensure adherence to company rules, safety guidelines and legal requirements.

Emergency support: assist in evacuation, fire drills, and emergency response procedure.

Reporting: document and report incident, unusual behaviour or violation to supervisors or law.

Incident Response: respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies or security breaches.

Patrolling: conduct regular patrols of the sites to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity.

C. Manpower and Commercial Development



Manpower Provision: Ensuring that adequate and qualified security manpower is available in your area to meet company requirements.
Meeting Staffing Needs: Proactively address security staffing shortages and assist in the recruitment process.
Business Growth: Identify new clients/customers for the company within your current jurisdiction and take the initiative to offer them the company's security services and also to bring required manpower.

D. Emergency Response and Reporting



Incident Response: Providing a prompt and effective response in accordance with the company's emergency plan in the event of theft, fire, medical emergencies, or any suspicious activity.
Investigation: Conduct preliminary investigations of security breaches and minor incidents. Conduct mockdril.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate attendance of guards, logbooks/reports of all significant incidents, security breaches, and daily activities and submit them to senior management.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
