Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall safety and security of the premises
Supervise and manage security staff and duty rosters
Implement and monitor
fire safety systems and procedures
Conduct fire drills, safety inspections, and emergency response planning
Maintain fire safety equipment and compliance records
Handle administrative duties related to security operations
Prepare daily reports, incident logs, and documentation
Coordinate with management, fire department, and local authorities
Eligibility Criteria:
Ex-Army / Ex-Servicemen preferred
Experience in
security, fire safety, and administration
Knowledge of fire safety norms and emergency procedures
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills
Physically fit and medically sound
Valid service and identification documents required
