Job Description

Monitoring and patrolling school grounds, buildings, parking lots, and other school property to deter and detect unauthorized activity or threats. Controlling access by checking IDs, screening visitors, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the campus. Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, intruders, or lockdown situations, coordinating with emergency responders as needed. Enforcing school rules and policies, intervening to prevent or manage disruptive behavior, conflicts, or bullying. Monitoring security systems like surveillance cameras and alarm panels, and reporting suspicious activities or incidents to school authorities. Assisting school administrators during special events, providing security and crowd control support. Maintaining detailed reports of security breaches, incidents, and actions taken. Providing support and acting as a positive role model to students, sometimes assisting students facing personal or safety issues. Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
The role requires good judgment, communication skills, and the ability to balance security measures while maintaining a welcoming learning environment.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
