Key Responsibilities:

Control and monitor

entry and exit

of employees, visitors, and vehicles. Maintain

visitor register, vehicle register, and material inward/outward records

. Ensure

factory premises safety

and prevent unauthorized access. Perform

regular patrols

inside and outside the plant. Check

ID cards, gate passes, and delivery challans

. Monitor

CCTV cameras

and report any suspicious activity. Coordinate with management during

emergency situations

(fire, theft, accidents). Ensure

discipline and safety rules

are followed within the factory. Support security during

shift changes and material movements

Skills & Requirements:

Basic

reading and writing

skills Good

alertness and observation skills

Physically fit and disciplined Ability to work in

shifts

Previous factory / industrial security experience preferred
