Job Summary

We are seeking vigilant and responsible Security Officers (Male & Female) to ensure the safety and security of our office premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment through monitoring, access control, and regular patrols, while responding effectively to emergencies and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of the office premises, employees, visitors, and assets

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors

Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor records

Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report any unusual or suspicious activities

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent security breaches

Respond promptly and calmly to emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or security incidents

Report incidents, safety hazards, and security concerns to management in a timely manner

Coordinate with management, security supervisors, and local authorities when required

Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is preferred

Physically fit, alert, and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

Basic reading and writing skills; proficiency in English and/or Tamil preferred

Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and professional conduct

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule

Shift-based (Day/Night rotations as per operational requirements)
