Job Responsibilities:

Manages and trains security guards.

Hires and on boards new security guards with the support of security agency.

Creates all security policies and procedures with the approval of management.

Conducts regular security inspections including night visits.

Investigates security threats and breaches.

Writes comprehensive security reports.

Material movement IN / OUT records management.

Employees IN / OUT pass checking and records management with the support of HRD.

Visitors pass follow up and records management with the support of HRD.

Courier IN / OUT records management with the support of HRD.

Vehicles IN / OUT records management with the support of HRD.

Leads company emergency response trainings.

Recommends new security technology.

Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Continuous improvements and follow-ups with valid documents.

Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.

Reporting to HRT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
