Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel across all shifts. Implement and monitor security policies, access control systems, and surveillance operations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of security posts, equipment, and premises. Manage visitor movement, vehicle entry, and material gate passes efficiently. Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, or unauthorized access. Liaise with local police, fire, and government authorities when required. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports. Train, discipline, and motivate security staff to maintain high alertness and professionalism. Ensure compliance with company safety and statutory regulations. Uphold confidentiality and company reputation through ethical and responsible conduct.

Requirements

Ex-Army personnel: Major / Captain / Lieutenant / Officer Cadet / Subedar. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure. Knowledge of modern security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.). Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations promptly. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, documentation & reporting).
